The room was large, the modern bathroom was big, the breakfast was great, and the mattress was good. You can always make coffee and use the fridge in the breakfast area. We were only here for a layover, but you could stay longer if you wanted. We don’t have any complaints.

The owner was exceptional—very open and hospitable. I’ve been to Italy many times, but I never had such a breakfast: warm croissants, scrambled eggs, a large selection, and everything was fresh and tasty. You can see that Cynthia runs this place with great commitment and heart. The rooms are large and very clean. I’m wheelchair‑bound and was delighted that everything was accessible, both outside and inside. A great base for exploring the towns around Lake Garda. Highly recommended!

A warm welcome with a fresh cocktail, a thorough orientation (you can always make coffee), and Cinzia prepares excellent breakfast and attends to guests during the meal. It would be good to have German‑language TV channels installed.

Warm reception and a strong focus on our comfort; the host was very attentive and accommodating. The breakfast was great with a wide selection, and sleeping there was very quiet – no noise from other guests. The climate control was quiet and worked flawlessly. VERY CLEAN! TOP!!!! The mattresses, however, are as hard as sandbags.
