The beds were comfortable, yet with two small children, the first room had heavily dirty interior windows, a broken fridge, and the shower water alternated between boiling hot and ice cold, making it impossible to shower safely with kids. After complaining, we received an upgrade, but the water temperature still fluctuated. The AC was non‑functional, a shower seal was missing, and loose trim fell off the shower basin, posing a danger to children. Staff helpfulness and internal communication disappointed us, and we were only offered loyalty points as compensation. Our request for an 80‑Euro refund was denied, which does not meet a four‑star standard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location next to RER C Val de Seine is very convenient for centre visits; the room was okay and clean, but overall the staff could be more helpful and welcoming. For the price of the room, more facilities such as sleepers would have been expected.

Not much to say… some Ritual products. The room was ultra‑small for three, lacked organization or equipment, was very noisy, had no AC, mosquitoes, and dust.

Close to the metro, but the staff asked for my credit card number, which I refused. I don't understand why they would request payment details; I have never encountered that before. They could have simply asked for a deposit on the card, but they insisted on my card number. Nothing about this is mentioned on their website, and I would never choose them if they had done that from the start. I've been to many places and never had to give a card number; only deposits. Bad experience!
