Superb location. Lovely hosts and a very comfortable, homely bedroom in a beautiful house. Easy walk to a lovely local beach, away from the busier part of West Wittering. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing we’d like is a walk‑in shower cubicle, because the only shower head was in the bath itself.

A wonderfully homely place to stay in a quiet and peaceful location. Comfortable room with lovely decor, bookshelves full of books, and a lovely comfy bed. Helen is a great host with a warm nature, and made us feel completely at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Helen, the host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I felt very relaxed staying in her house. The location is great being near to the beach and to bus bus

The location was handy for us as we had friends at a nearby campsite. The size of the bed (Queen) was bad for not realizing how small a queen bed is. Also no lock on the bathroom door.

There was no breakfast. The location of the property was ideal. The hostess was very friendly, but the room itself needed refurbishment. The room was very small and needs some attention: the mattress was too small for the bed frame (c. 4 inches space between the mattress and the frame); bare floor boards needed repair; only one chair. Bathroom was separate from the bedroom and needed updating - especially the shower
