I liked that we had a private bathroom, and the bed was big and comfortable. The hotel was not too far from the bus stop and metro station, but the area feels really creepy/ a bit unsafe when it gets dark. It was nice that there was a shared kitchen to use, and it was left clean every time. There’s a lot of flaws. The lack of staff is a problem. Our biggest problem: We stayed for 5 nights and NOT EVEN ONE TIME was our room cleaned, towels were NEVER changed and we haven’t even seen any of the staff during our stay. Communication with them only gives automatic responses and empty promises. Also the bathroom had a lot of stains and it was really hard to turn the temperature of the shower colder because it was stuck. The area of the hotel was also very unsafe at night. We were stopped and followed twice (once even from another traveller from the same hotel we were staying in). The other people in the hotel were also very loud and a big disturbance. Smoking in their room, which the smell would come to our room. And we could hear everything they were saying. The hotel is cheap for the price so I guess you get what you pay for, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you have a bit more money to spend for a better, safer and cleaner hotel with actual staff.

Nada. Nada más, al entrar nos encontramos la sorpresa de que era la habitación con la lavadora y dentro en el suelo un envoltorio de preservativo, todo sucio y muy antihigiénico. Terrible.

The room comfortably fits two people and the shared kitchen is spacious enough to cook meals. The bathroom is small but private, equipped with a hairdryer, heater, fan, blackout curtains, and a floor lamp. Inside and outside the building stay quiet at night, letting you sleep well on the comfortable mattress and wide bed. The furniture feels modern. The underground station and Lidl are close, and many guests from South Asian countries stay here. However, cleanliness was lacking: the day curtains and mirrors were dirty, chair upholstery was stained, shower walls were not clean, and dust, crumbs, and sand were found on the floor, in the cabinet drawer, and in the wardrobe. A dirty T‑shirt and a bag of dirty clothes were left in the wardrobe. Towels and bed linens had holes, and the linens didn’t smell fresh—perhaps they had been used before. While moving in bed, the headboard hit the wall, so we had to stuff clothes there. The house had a moldy smell in the bathroom and the shower drain was almost clogged.

The location suited my needs, but the room had a terrible odor. I suspect the bedding hadn’t been changed; the bed itself smelled like feet. I couldn’t bring myself to lie down, so I simply lay on top and kept my clothes on.

The place offered good value and was clean overall.
