Very friendly staff, everything is 10. Mayra was very attentive to everything!

The place is nice and well‑located. We ran out of water, the spa didn’t work, the water was cold, they didn’t give us robes, and the breakfast had few items to serve ourselves. No solution was offered.

It’s close to the center, the staff is very friendly. The parking is very small, the spa service is by appointment and in advance because they have to prepare it and you can use it for 45 minutes. Regarding the value, I think the price‑service relationship is off.

Excellent hotel. Beautiful, comfortable, clean and the spa circuit is excellent. The girls who work there are geniuses! They treated us amazingly and were always super attentive to everything we needed. We’ll definitely return! Everything was perfect.
