“I went to Liverpool to visit my son who is it university there. The hotel was close to all amenities”

The room was nice and clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly. A tea and coffee station was a nice bonus. The room stayed very warm even with the windows open all night, which caused a lot of noise from the train station.

The decor and design are great, the room is spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the reception staff were excellent—Susan was especially friendly and welcoming. In the Seven Seas restaurant, Libby delivered great service. The only minor drawback was the noise from trains and announcements at Lime Street Railway station; it’s a central and convenient spot, but be aware the station starts operating at 6 am.

“Lovely relaxing stay, would stay again , hopefully they will get air con, and thermostats in the rooms, and maybe bleed”

The location is good, the parking is available even though I didn’t use it, and it’s near all amenities. The themed hotel has friendly staff, quick and efficient check‑in and check‑out, and the room was very clean with a comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits, a fridge with water and milk, and even giant cookies were provided, plus a Nespresso machine. Ellie at check‑in gave me two complimentary bar vouchers because it was my husband’s birthday, which I appreciated. The only issue was the room’s warmth—no AC, just a fan and a noisy heater, so if they sort that out, there would be no complaints.
