The only thing I liked was the location; the place was unclean, smelled bad, the bathroom lock didn’t work, it felt more like a small hostel than a hotel, and when I asked to replace the filthy hot‑water kettle, they gave me the old one and never brought a new one back.

The location was excellent for a view of the Ganga and the arti, but hygiene and cleanliness could be improved.
