Hotel D´ Alba

The restaurant staff were very friendly, but there were problems with the shower drain—water almost reached the sink. The first room we stayed in had a mattress that was very hard, and the second room was not only hard but also sagged in the middle.

“Un gran engaño”

The location was terrible and there were no breakfasts available at 7 am. Throughout the night the constant train noise made it impossible to rest, contradicting the hotel’s claim of being quiet and restful—a total sham. Two refrigeration trucks were parked inside the hotel with their air‑conditioning units running; after we complained it took several hours to move one away from the rooms. The two fans were old and noisy, the room lacked effective natural ventilation, the bathroom was dated and had leaking taps, and the beds were narrow with very old mattresses. Overall the experience was very poor, especially considering the price was similar to other hotels on our route that were far superior. It felt like a complete fraud.

Everything was normal.

“hotel de paso unicamente para dormir y continuar tu viaje”

The location was just pass‑by, enough to continue my trip the next day, but it was fatal—the worst hotel I could have chosen, the climate was not served, I was double‑charged and still in dispute, and in the morning the lights went out leaving my wife half‑finished ironing her hair.

I looked for the hotel because of its pool, but my nephews never wanted to get in because the maintenance staff took too long.
