Motel 6-Corona, CA

The A/C was off and they said they would give us a refund after it was already paid for.

“Found out upon arrival that there was no AC ...its August and temps are in the 90s.”

The manager told me the AC was out and offered a free cancellation. I still had to find another hotel through a different booking agency with no notice or time to spare, and I ended up paying $60 more because Motel 6 didn’t inform me about the broken AC.

“there was no stay. they called me to cancel due to AC failure”

Nothing good; no air conditioning.

“Horrible trash hotel.”

Nothing. I booked a room for 3 days and after I booked the hotel emailed me stating the air conditioning was out for THE ENTIRE COMPLEX. It was july and over 100 degrees. So I asked for my refund which I was told was FULLY REFUNDABLE BEFORE CHECK IN and it was not. I was charged 68 dollars. ABSOLUTE JOKE. It should state very clearly that your air conditioner is out of service for every room cause who wants a hotel room with no AC in the middle of summer??? Never staying at a motel 6 again thanksk this

“I would stay again because I did not go in with high expectations.”

The bed and sheets were clean, but a hair was hanging from the bathroom sink faucet. The AC had been out for several weeks, which we knew before booking. The toilets and shower were cleaned, yet every stain remained.
