Convenient to many restaurants and shopping. The halls were very warm, which made it harder to cool the rooms, and it was extremely hot outside, which didn't help either.

Convenient location. Spectrum Cable went out and wasn't fixed until the next day; I'd suggest a new service provider.

When we arrived, the front desk clerk was smiling and welcomed us in the best possible way; he helped us make the reservation and get the best price. On the table there was a network appreciation statue for the good service the branch gives—when I asked what it was, he said it was thanks to the excellent manager the hotel has. The next day I met the manager and understood why they are so nice and efficient. Nothing negative.

I asked for a room on the 1st floor but ended up on the 4th floor, which was disappointing.

The staff went above and beyond for my stay, and there was nothing negative.
