The place is in Hongdae and public transport is convenient; the air conditioning works well. However, even for a guest house, cleanliness could be better—other guest houses keep things tidy. The floor was very dirty and there was dust on the second‑floor bunk bed. It seems they don't care about cleanliness at all, which is why the price is so low.

The price is cheap. That fact is clear, but honestly, give an extra 10,000 or 5,000 won and you’ll find a better spot. It’s on the 5th floor, has no elevator, and the reception isn’t well equipped, which are all drawbacks, but if you’re only after value, it’s understandable. Hygiene and cleanliness are a different issue. There were only a few washed towels and the bed was so dirty you wouldn’t want to lie on it. If you judge purely on cleanliness, this is the worst guest house I’ve ever seen. Think about basic hygiene rather than cost.
