The accommodation is right in the center of Kutaisi and everything is a short walk. The host lady was very kind and friendly. Even though she didn’t speak English, everything was explained and understood. On arrival I was also given a cup of iced coffee with ice cream. The shared bathroom is spacious with a washing option for a small fee. Some location details are slightly misleading and maps show a different street.

The staff, including the owner and her daughter, were extremely friendly and, like all Georgians, they gave us coffee, chocolates, cookies, and dates in the morning—really warm hospitality. The location is perfect; you can walk to any spot of interest in the city. The room was gorgeous. The only downside is that the entrance is a bit confusing to find.
The host is very good-natured. Convenient location, close to cafés, restaurants, shops, a small park. My room didn’t include a kitchen, but the host kindly provided me with a kettle, which was nice.
I’m in the city center and could drop my car right outside the front gate. Unfortunately, a neighbor started shouting at us because we didn’t close the metal gate; it was open when we arrived and nobody told us to shut it. The gate next to the yard was also open, and the whole gate didn’t lock properly.
