The place is great, close to Kings Wharf, restaurants, and activities, yet the rooms are tiny, the air conditioning is poor—stuffy and warm—despite the thermostat reading 19 degrees.

Great location, few minutes walk to Wynyard Station and King St Wharf. If there is a plug near the desk would be much better for business travellers
