I want to thank most of the staff, particularly the trainee Vanessa, who was very supportive and accommodating for my elderly dad; she’s a real asset. On the downside, I had requested a twin‑bed and the desk confirmed it, but when we reached the room it wasn’t a twin, so after a long day of travel we had to wait for the correct room, which was inconvenient with my dad.
