The building has been beautifully restored, the staff were very attentive and friendly, and the kitchen—both breakfast and dinner—was outstanding. I can't think of any negatives.

The staff, especially Charlie, were exceptional, and both the bar and restaurant areas were clean and elegantly presented; the food, particularly breakfast, was great, the bed was comfortable, the room immaculate, and the shower was good. However, the room had plastic plants, I would have liked a flannel or sponge in the toiletries, I would prefer one set of toiletries per guest instead of per room because they are very small, and a coffee machine in the room would be nice.

“Excellent”

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The radio played all night in the restaurant, and the staff seemed a bit short‑staffed there, but the team worked really hard.
