I had a disastrous experience at this hotel. They refused to accept card payments, which was a major issue for me. The staff had very poor English, making it difficult for me to communicate. Unfortunately, they even cancelled my booking, which was a huge inconvenience. The language barrier and lack of understanding from the staff made my stay extremely frustrating.

The staff at the reception were incredibly respectful and went out of their way to help me, even offering to lend me their phones. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel was a different story. The rooms were tiny, the bathroom was cramped, and the floor was uneven. The air conditioner leaked water, and I had a few ants crawling around because there was no fridge.
