The Akzent Hotel Höhenblick is centrally located near the A8 motorway, between Stuttgart and Ulm. The hotel features a regional restaurant, sun terrace with scenic views of the Upper Fils Valley, and bright rooms with TV and free WiFi. Hiking and cycling trails are nearby, and 2 electric car charging stations are available. Museums, shops, and theatres are 20 minutes away in Stuttgart and Ulm.

It’s a solid hotel, especially if you’re on the road like we were. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room is clean, everything’s there. Nice shower, nice beds, good breakfast. Right next to the motorway. Nothing stood out. You can see the hotel used to flourish more in the past, but don’t let that stop you and take a look around.

The hotel is quite large with a nice view, unfortunately the sauna wasn’t in use. It’s a pity if you bring it to the hotel.

I booked on the go while driving, the photos looked great. When I arrived, the entire place was in disrepair, no one was there, and it was immediately cancelled. There was even a demolition truck on site.
