The staff were very friendly, but the place only works if you’re traveling solo and sharing a room; we booked a deluxe room for privacy and it was almost never private. A balcony in front of the room is constantly used by people who smoke, talk, even at 3 am, and they also go to the bathroom, so you’re woken several times at night. The room gets so hot that you can’t close the window, and there’s no air conditioning—really uncomfortable, especially since we’re from the Canary Islands. The owner was kind, offered us mint tea, and was very friendly.
