This 4-star resort features a fitness centre, bar, and restaurant, along with free WiFi and shuttle service. Rooms have flat-screen TVs, private bathrooms, and terraces overlooking the pool or sea. We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Harris Resort Barelang Batam, and it was truly a lovely experience from start to finish. The resort has a beautiful and spacious campus surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful, refreshing, and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was very well organized, and the overall environment was warm, welcoming, and family-friendly. A special mention to Febrian and all the wonderful staff at the canteen, reception, and housekeeping. Everyone was extremely helpful, respectful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. I visited with my 7-year-old daughter, and she absolutely loved it! She enjoyed the resort, the surroundings, and the overall experience so much. It was wonderful to see her having such a great time. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we were very happy with the overall value for our stay. The cleanliness, quiet surroundings, room comfort, and amenities were all excellent. It was a very pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring Batam. Overall, we had a very lovely, comfortable, and memorable stay. The beautiful lush-green campus, excellent hospitality, cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and helpful staff made our 5-night stay truly enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Harris Resort Barelang Batam, especially Febrian and all the staff at the canteen, reception, and housekeeping, for making our stay so special. We would definitely love to come back again! ❤️. I liked everything!!

Everything was fine, but the gym should have had more equipment; the exercises were very limited.
