“Pésimos anfitriones, no es ambiente de cabañas.”

The facilities seemed comfortable, but it’s a shame they allow misuse. I arrived expecting a family atmosphere and activities mentioned on the website, yet the environment was totally different: guests were partying, drinking alcohol, and playing mariachi—nothing suitable for the place. I had to leave with my family as it was getting late and we had a very unpleasant experience. The hosts refunded me so I could leave, saying the guests were frequent customers and they couldn’t cancel them.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I was a bit worried about the noise from the street, but it didn't bother me too much.

This hotel has a fantastic atmosphere and location, and the owner is a wonderful person who takes care of everything. We felt right at home, and the hotel is perfect for groups or families. The owner's attention to detail is impressive, and we highly recommend it.
