The staff were friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, despite having a confirmed single room, I was sent to a house 300 m away that housed 10 people, where I was the only one in my room, so I had no usable pool area to look forward to.

The hotel was very nice with excellent food and plenty of kid‑friendly activities. The wellness area was also lovely, and we would definitely return. The rooms were a bit small, and when fully booked the pools were too cramped. Pillows and blankets were not very comfortable, and the balconies were not very cozy. Many families with children stayed there, so the corridors were often very noisy, even late at night, and the rooms were very sound‑prone.

The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. There was plenty of wellness space. The mattresses were a bit too soft for us, there were no glasses in the room, and the saunas were somewhat small.
