One lady from the 2‑11 shift was very nice. The hallway smelled like dog pee, there were bugs in the shower, and trash was on the ground outside.

We couldn't eat breakfast because we were rushing to meet friends. The public restroom was still available after we had checked out.

The location was convenient, but the room was a nightmare: black residue in the shower, and the staff promised a deep clean that never happened. The general manager interrupted breakfast, apologized, and said they’d fix it, but no cleaning took place. The manager offered us the only remaining room, which had windows right over the grill and pool, and when I opened the curtains I saw a man’s face staring back. We decided to stay after the promise of a deep clean, only to discover the room was still dirty. The manager asked for photos and assured a refund and 5000 IHG points, but neither arrived, and I’ve had no response from anyone. I can’t reach anyone; they’re always busy, absent, or promise to call back. The worst stay ever, and on the last night we found pubic hair under the mattress protector.
