We stayed in a room with a private onsen, and it was absolutely beautiful! We really loved the room and having our own private onsen made the stay feel very special and relaxing. The breakfast selection was a little limited, but the dinner was excellent and we really enjoyed it. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

The breakfast and dinner were tasty, the bath area was large and comfortable, and the public spaces were spacious with a small kids’ activity room that includes books and coloring supplies.

The bath felt amazing, especially the open-air one; the room was clean and the futon was comfortable.

The meals were just the right amount and tasty, and they offered a small welcome touch like ice; the open‑air bath was clean, though the tatami and floor in the room showed noticeable scratches.

Nothing good at all. Almost everything was bad, especially how they blocked the exit when leaving, forcing you to walk past reception. They had our credit card number, so we couldn't leave quickly. It was so awful that we checked out a day early and moved to another hotel.
