The hotel staff were very friendly and everything was clean and orderly, the spot was central and convenient, and the price was really good. However, the room lighting could be better, some power outlets were missing, and the room lock seemed like it might fall off at any moment.

The location is right for the price/benefit ratio. I think the friendliness of the person at the front desk was excellent. I also find that it had all the necessary comforts. It’s a place with high potential. The room needs maintenance, for example the door latch. The rules and the online check‑in system need improvement, as I received messages from different sources in addition to Booking.

The place was in a great spot, just a block from the nightlife, the staff were very kind and the room was comfortable, so when I return to Santiago I’ll definitely stay here again.
