The spot was spot‑on, we could move around Kyoto with ease and the staff were lovely. The room itself was huge and felt luxurious, and the shower was fantastic.

The beds were very comfortable, the shower and toilet area were very modern, and the laundry option was top. The location was also super close to the classic nightlife spots, all within walking distance. Unfortunately we didn’t have an open window because it faced the neighboring building, so our window was completely covered with foil.

The cleanliness was impeccable, it was super quiet, and it’s just a 6‑minute walk to the metro. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and there’s always someone at the reception. The coffee machine in the lobby was very basic and offered no choice compared to other hotels of the same category, but otherwise everything was perfect.

Elegante,moderna, curata e anche pulita. Per 30 minuti mi hanno fatto pagare 2000 yen di supplemento per aver tenuto i bagagli oltre il check in, mi avevano detto che entro le 5 andavano ritirati e li ho ritirati alle 5.30, €10 un po esagerato per mezzora ma vabbe. Kyoto è particolarmente come spostamenti, ma non è collegata bene la struttura purtroppo, bisogna camminare abbastanza

The place was very clean, organized, and welcoming, but the rooms feel cramped.
