The room was pleasant and spacious, and the location in the city was great. The front‑desk staff were friendly. However, the breakfast staff seemed uninterested in guests, more focused on their phones. The parking entrance was very narrow, and on that day the price was 300 € instead of 200 €.

The suite is very spacious, the bathroom is large, and the shower facilities are good for a hotel of this level. Driving there requires following the hotel’s email instructions to enter the restricted zone. Overall, it’s good. The only drawback is that you can only boil water with the coffee machine; a kettle in the room would be better.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially regarding parking. The room cleaning service was efficient in the morning and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The location was great. The only issue was that the room above was noisy, and people walking heavily late at night and early in the morning made it a bit loud.
