The hotel was far below what a four‑star property should offer. The three‑room suite was noisy, and when we were told we would be moved to another room, we never were. The elevator was neglected, yet all services and trash were still moved on the main lifts, and the room lacked requested amenities.

Honestly, it’s one of the best stays I’ve had in Jordan; huge thanks to the hotel management, especially Mr. Muhammad Kiwan for his outstanding service, and to receptionist Linda for her warm welcome. Thank you all 🌹

The cleanliness was excellent, staff were very friendly, the location was quiet and offered all the necessary services, the room was spacious with a decent balcony and chairs. I’ve never regretted choosing Lajam Hotel. Nothing else.
