The warmth of the people, their empathy and the divine vibe in Palermo made my stay at Casa Reina Palermo Queen unforgettable. It’s a bohemian old house full of personality, but what truly sets it apart is the quality and friendliness of its staff. Everything was spotless and meticulously clean, and the shared kitchen made me feel at home right away. The atmosphere is fantastic, safe, open‑minded, surrounded by good vibes (and a pizza place next door that saved the night!). Special thanks to Flor at reception for her constant support, and to Celso, an absolute gem. I arrived late at night from Ezeiza and Celso helped with all my luggage, but the most remarkable part was that at 5:15 am he was already up with a smile just to help me unload. Those gestures of service and empathy can’t be bought. If you’re looking for an authentic, safe, extremely clean place with soul in Buenos Aires, this is it. I’ll definitely come back.

The spot is gorgeous, very quiet, clean and organized. The old house looks beautiful and offers great value for the price.
