Located 10 km from Husein Sastranegara International Airport, it serves diverse cuisine and offers friendly staff and excellent service near Dago Endah Golf Course and Gedung Sate.

Minor check‑in hiccups were fixed right away with free room amenities, the room was roomy, and we enjoyed the Dagoan lounge high‑tea perks; the heated pool was a highlight, but the five‑star breakfast stole the show (don’t miss the kupat tahu, kue cucur, and fresh lattes). The staff were friendly and the weekday vibe was peaceful, so I highly recommend it. The lobby didn’t feel grand enough for a five‑star hotel, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

The bedroom and bathroom facilities were fine, but the breakfast area was too small and the long queue forced me to eat in my room.

The infinity pool on the roof was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays; the only alternative was the kiddies pool on the LG floor, which was noisy and had no sun. Housekeeping was unhelpful and intrusive, the breakfast buffet was poor, and the roof restaurant was expensive, noisy, and of low quality.
