Staying here was a rip-off - they basically charged me double for a day less than what I originally booked. They said it included a caution fee, but when I returned the room spotless, I never got that refund back. Every time I asked the staff about it, I got a different excuse. To add insult to injury, they charged me for breakfast without telling me, which I didn't even use.

The room was a good size and had a lovely view - it was comfy and clean too. Made for a pretty pleasant stay.

The housekeeping and water refills were on point, but that's about it. The room was pretty old and the bathtub leaked - switching rooms didn't help. The real kicker was the smoking policy, or lack thereof. People could light up anywhere - lobby, hallways, elevator - and it seemed like no one cared. Even complaints didn't get a response. Parking's also gotten way harder, with tons of non-guests taking up spots.

The location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation, and the room was really comfortable, spacious, and clean. However, I did have some issues with the bed - the sheets and mattress just weren't that great. Overall, it's a good spot, but could use some work on the bedding.

The staff were really friendly, which made a big difference. That's about all I have to say, didn't really have any other major impressions one way or the other.
