The property is welcoming. I wasn’t informed that the Turkish bath in the spa was out of order, even though I’d booked it days in advance.

What a pleasant surprise! Everything was clean, stylish and inviting, the shuttle service to the valley was super convenient, the restaurant was superb, the spa delightful, the location excellent, breakfast plentiful and varied, and the staff were outstanding.

The pool was fine. I don’t think it deserves 4 stars. We had to haul our luggage up a flight of stairs, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and breakfast was limited.

The location is great, the breakfast is excellent, the property is very clean, and the staff are ultra‑friendly. I really appreciated the availability, cordiality, and efficiency of everyone—from receptionists to maintenance, technicians, cleaners, and delivery people. The warm welcome from the “pelosetti” friends was especially appreciated. The hotel is a perfect spot, just a few minutes’ walk from San Leone’s long beach and a short drive from Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples. The hotel’s restaurant is excellent in both service and fresh, good food.

The staff were very friendly, and the shuttle to Valle de los Templos was convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool, however, looked nothing like the photo, and the hotel’s surroundings were ugly and neglected. Breakfast was limited in variety.
