An excellent place. The owner helps with everything, is charming and very honest. He took us to a tea factory one rainy morning. The lake views are beautiful. It’s a 5‑minute tuk‑tuk ride from the center. We’d do it again!

The owner was very friendly, even drove me to a doctor when I caught a cold. Otherwise the hotel was quite shabby and the bathroom sometimes smelled unpleasant.

I was far from the city center, but the place was calm with nice views, and the breakfast was good; the staff were very friendly, though overall we didn't like Kandy.

Located close to the center in a quiet area, the staff were absolutely ready to help with anything; when we needed a tuk‑tuk to the hospital, they waited for us and stayed attentive throughout, providing wonderful service. Thanks a lot!
