I love the location. The rooms offer good value, so I’ll keep coming back for work trips. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I didn’t realize at first that there were cooking facilities, which is a bonus. These rooms are the best value for money in Southampton. On some nights, loud noise from workmen is unbearable, and I slipped in the bathroom because the floors aren’t mopped after use.

Nothing at all, I won’t recommend it. The place is filthy and disgusting. The rooms are dirty, the toilets have water spilling over, and everything is a mess. No towels, hostel beds with dirty blankets, and the toilets and bathrooms are especially grimy.

I’m very happy with the place; it’s tidy, comfortable, and well heated for the weather. Nothing, I like everything there.
