They charged 20€ for the hotel’s outside parking without warning.

The hotel was wonderful, a premium experience with an amazing location and comfortable rooms of great size. The only thing that disappointed me was the air conditioning, which didn’t cool properly, but the staff were friendly and supplied a fan.

The bar offered excellent drinks and the views from both sides of the hotel were very nice. The room had a flaw – the bathroom mirror had a heater meant to prevent fogging, but it was broken and stayed on continuously, overheating the mirror and the entire room. The first night it was too hot (I didn’t know the mirror could heat that much) and I couldn’t sleep. There was no air‑conditioning and I couldn’t open the windows because of smog. The next day, after realizing the mirror was radiating heat, I called reception. The technician said it was a water pipe in the wall. After diagnosing it myself, I figured it was the mirror heater that wouldn’t shut off. Worried about fire or breaking the mirror, I reported the issue again. They offered to cut the room’s fuses, so I suggested a different room and that was arranged. At checkout the next day I discussed the problem again with reception, but they still insisted it was a water pipe. I hope they fix it.
