The room itself was good, but the reservation process was overly messy.

The area is excellent, with a 20‑minute metro ride to the city centre. There’s a self‑service laundry, a billiard table, and arcade machines. The lighting was extremely dim, and the deposit refund didn’t come back the next day but took three working days instead.

The facilities are good and comfortable for family use.

I was close to the metro station, but the room was dark and the windows wouldn’t open for ventilation, and the cleaning was poor.

The staff and the location were good. The breakfast, however, didn’t live up to the standards expected of a 4‑star hotel.
