The room itself was decent, with a tidy and clean bathroom, but the bed spread and pull‑over looked old and used, and the room lock was unreliable. Nobody answered when I asked for a replacement, and there was no room service at all.

The property was new, neat, and clean, with AC, heater, and all the usual amenities, and the staff were polite and helpful, making the price feel justified. The elevator was broken when we got there but was fixed later, and while a tea kettle was supplied, there was no tea or coffee supplies.
