Staff were friendly and the location was spot‑on, making it easy to get around. But the bathroom had no shower screen, so water was everywhere, and they didn’t even provide soap. The Wi‑Fi was spotty too – maybe it was the provider, but it was frustrating.

Arrived to find the minibar dead and a breakfast that was basically a handful of pastries. The bathroom reeked of sewage and the high step up to it felt unsafe, especially at night. No towels or soap were left in the room, and for the price I paid, I expected far better hygiene and comfort.

I was completely disappointed – the bed was hard, the room cramped and the bathroom was a mess. For what they charge, I expected at least a decent room, not this level of shoddy service. Honestly, a fair price would be around 30 reais a night, not what they’re asking.

Absolutely thrilled with the service – the staff went above and beyond, and the location couldn’t be better. The room was super comfortable and everything was just perfect. Can’t thank them enough for such a great stay.
