We couldn’t check in on time because there was no staff, endless directional signs, and you had to walk from door to door in the heat for hours. Then you had to call to find them, but they only spoke Italian and were rude. Throughout the stay nobody explained anything or gave any information, and today I received a bill for my husband—he also owes money. I booked and paid for two people, so who is being unfair? I don’t think I can even call this a hotel, given the price. I’m completely disappointed!

Cyclists, great bike repair service, close to the center but not too close, comfortable, clean, excellent value for money. Thanks for the hospitality. The only downside is that we could have stopped longer ;-)

Everything impressed me—from the warm welcome and spotless rooms to the services, plus free parking right in front where I could even see my car from the window. A one‑star property that feels at least three; I highly recommend it.
