The hotel’s location was good, it was clean, and the staff were friendly. During the reservation we weren’t told about the parking fee; the transaction wouldn’t go through without paying it. I might have parked on the first day, but they said “either all or nothing,” which was very annoying.

The breakfast was great, the staff were kind and smiling, and the hotel was honestly very clean. I’m disappointed about the forced hotel change during our vacation; the reason given seemed invalid and I regret the situation, which disrupted our stay.

I liked everything—the location, cleanliness, daily housekeeping, and the staff were very friendly. I want to highlight the girl at reception who worked during our check‑in; she was very communicative and kind. The breakfasts were varied and tasty, and the waitresses were pleasant. I didn’t notice any drawbacks for the price‑quality ratio.
