I was really impressed with how clean the room was, but unfortunately, the bed was a letdown. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, but the bed was a bit of a disappointment.

I was expecting to get breakfast included in the price, but when we got to the hotel, they asked us for more money for it. It was a bit of a shock, and I felt like I'd been misinformed about the price.
