“Won’t be going back.”
The location is fine, but the bright pink room with mirrors on the ceiling over the bed feels more like a brothel than a hotel, which isn’t what I wanted.
“Theatre stay”
We had a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very comfortable. The decor was amazing and the reception felt very grand, but there was no full‑length mirror and the bathroom mirror was useless for four ladies getting ready, which was a problem.
“Excellent”
We have stayed before and enjoyed coming back. Nothing
“Really good stay”
The location, decor, room size and staff friendliness were great, and breakfast was excellent, though I had to pay extra because it wasn’t included in the room booking. Some fixtures and fittings were tired, the floor was damaged and cold because it wasn’t carpeted—slippers might be useful. There were no instructions in the room and only one chair, which wasn’t enough for a room meant to serve four people.
“We had a room change to a glorious room by the female under manager who was lovely and made our experience in the hotel.”
The place was very well situated, the staff were lovely, and I highly recommend it for a great night away. Nothing negative.
