Clean, white, starch‑like bed! Thanks to the staff for that. Towels and robes in the right amount, white, clean, thanks! After a long trip, that’s the most valuable thing! Breakfast was also acceptable. Staff were smiling and courteous. Parking is available—plus. Problem with drainage, once. This is a PROBLEM, we stayed twice and it was present in two rooms. Water in the shower stands, unpleasant. Sound insulation is weak—two. We were with a child, just falling asleep and then heard noises from the neighboring room, naturally the child woke up and started asking questions, we made up stories that something was wrong with the aunt, the uncle was treating her, thank God the medicine worked quickly))) Although at check‑in the receptionist changed our room from the 1st floor to a quiet room on the 2nd floor. Family rooms need better planning in the hotel.

The room was clean and nice; we booked a family suite with two rooms and everything was great. The breakfast could use improvement—it was quite disappointing and the instant coffee was awful.

Очень хороший отель! Номер чистый, уютный, небольшой, но со свежим ремонтом. Руслан на ресепшене очень приветливый, рассказал все про Костанай. Посоветовал места для ужина, заселил быстро. Приятное кафе для завтраков. Есть омлет/яичница, сосиски, овощи, печенье, чай и кофе. Обязательно вернемся снова! Отличное соотношение цена-качество
