Breakfast met my expectations, but the farm outing with breakfast was simply amazing, far exceeding what I anticipated. It was casually offered, yet it wowed me and captured the true hospitality of Turkish culture that I’ve read about. The food was superb, the staff felt like family, and it ranks among the best experiences of my travels abroad. I can’t praise the Kelebek enough for its family heritage and staff. I’d love to return. The staff even arranged a balloon ride after ours was canceled. The rooftop views were so close that people shared fruit with balloon passengers—wonderful. Nothing was a problem. We stayed in a fairy chimney, and at night, between vehicles, trucks, and animals, sleep was not restful. As dog owners, we’re used to barking, but other noises were a bit disturbing. A roof heater would make the city views more comfortable; bringing a robe is advisable because it was cold, but the views made up for the chill.
