I rated it 10.0/10. The place has excellent reviews, but until you arrive you can’t imagine it: they welcome you and treat you like family. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and they help with your luggage up the stairs—basic stuff they do elsewhere too. They even book a taxi for you, go with you, and tell the driver in Spanish exactly where to drop you off; in the morning, even if you didn’t ask for breakfast, they brew your favorite coffee. You won’t find that elsewhere, even though we’ve stayed in amazing places from Tokyo to Sydney, New York to Hawaii, Dubai to Rio, Tanzania to Iceland. They’re always kind, smiling, courteous, and helpful!

“Tranquilidad y exquisitez enn fin de semana visitando la Basílica de la Sagrada Familia”

I was blown away by the level of detail and the personal touch from the staff—Erwin at check‑in, Delma at check‑out, and especially Javier, the hotel director. Choosing the Sansi Pedralbes for a Barcelona stay was spot on; every little thing was handled with care and the staff’s human approach made it feel like a home away from home. Our family spent a fantastic, peaceful weekend exploring the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia. Thanks a lot.
