The rooms were filthy, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, bedsheets were torn, the bathrooms smelled bad and had worms, breakfast was terrible, and overall it was the worst experience ever.

“It's a good place but above points should be considered before checking in”

The rooms were very spacious, the furniture was well designed, the bathrooms were roomy, there was space for cooking and drying clothes, and it was close to Hazira port and on the highway. However, I had booked a room for three people and when I arrived a staff member tried to give me a different room; only after insisting did I get the correct one. The drinking water was dirty and, despite the charge, bisleri bottles were not provided; they accepted credit card payments, but that was not the case upon arrival. We were told it was the weekend and the service wouldn’t work, but when I asked why the weekend mattered, I was told it didn’t work, yet no effort was made to verify it. Finally, the checkout time was listed as 11 am, but we were told it was 10 am; we were allowed a few extra minutes, and a staff member reminded us around 10 am to vacate, which was disappointing that the website and the hotel had different information. The hotel should conduct random checks to ensure consistency.

“Fair not enjoyable”

The food was not hot and there was no proper serving table; also, there were no spoons or cutlery.
