The house is unkempt, the yard looks awful, I understand it’s vacant but when you rent it you should clean it—remove spider webs, scrub the toilet, shower, sink, and the floor is dirty and dusty; the courtyard pool was abandoned, broken, filthy, apparently unused for years, with trash bags in the yard… Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place.

The ground floor is wheelchair‑friendly, and the hallways and rooms are roomy.

The location is very generous and well equipped; although we only used the ground floor, we had access to the whole villa. I chose this place because it’s very close to the bike trail that leads to Serbia. A market and a Profi are just 2 minutes away. The host is very friendly. Everything was perfect.

We stayed at this lovely house in Utvin, just outside Timișoara, as two families with a total of five little children. The house was spacious and beautifully arranged, with more than enough room for everyone. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a nice yard where the kids could play safely. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and it took us only about 20 minutes to get to the center of Timișoara by car. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!
