“The staff was great but the place could use some upgrades.”
The staff were nice, polite, and helpful, and the hotel stayed clean throughout. However, the bed was lumpy and squeaky—no matter how I tried to sit on it, it made noise. The pillows were terrible, leaving my neck sore and stiff. Nobody made the bed on any of the three days, and I had to change the tissue roll myself. The hot tub wasn’t working properly, and on top of that I was charged $150 for incidentals—what incidents could justify that amount?
