I liked almost everything, but the furniture—especially the color scheme—needs updating. The bar food was amazing, and the staff, service, and location were all excellent. I didn’t like the furniture, the doors are scratched and need replacement, and the carpets in the hallway and room are outdated. Basically, it needs an upgrade, but otherwise it was an amazing stay.

The reception was very warm and professional from the entire team at the Mandarin Oriental Geneva Top! Nothing else.
