When booking here, remember the sports complex and the park at owa.l are right next door, so it’s very loud—kids running everywhere, no supervision, and noise all night. The housekeeper was rude, yelling at my 2‑year‑old for walking on her wet floor while she was mopping the lobby during peak breakfast traffic.

We loved the wave pool but had no access to the round tubes, and inside we couldn’t get on any slides because the lines were endless; there was no place to store our stuff. After paying $100 per person for two days, we should have at least had a chair, and we didn’t return the second day. We did enjoy the laser tag, but paid $50 for one game. We also enjoyed the ice cream and lazy river, but again no tube; the photos show my kids alone in the beds and us sitting on hot ground eating lunch.
