The place has a nice location and a pool. The breakfast service was TERRIBLE – we waited 1.5 hrs for our food. The lighting inside the rooms is very poor if you need to do makeup or get ready for an event.

The location and rooftop terrace view are great. The beds feel like a bouncy castle, and there was no duvet at all. The staff tried to charge extra for any request, such as early or late check‑in. We sent multiple messages asking when we could check in, only to be told that check‑in was only available from 3.30 pm and anything earlier would cost extra. They were inflexible and tried to charge for things that other hotels usually provide for free.

The boutique hotel is great and the staff are very nice – the room was very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly in the hot weather; breakfast was good.

The historic building is beautiful with a pretty rooftop pool, though there’s no view from the seating area. The courtyard, built around two trees, is attractive. The walls and shutters were battling damp and the rooms needed maintenance, painting, airing cupboards, fixing. Only one kitchen was available as you entered, which made ordering awkward. The road outside is very noisy with bands and people partying all night.
